You need to stay in control when riding down steep hills so if obstructions (cats, children, children&#039;s toys, cars backing out of driveways) come rolling in front of you, you can react. That might mean slowing down on a hill in a residential area, riding the brakes, etc. but you&#039;re sharing the road with lots of obstacles in a neighborhood.

So - if you&#039;re a safe rider, you don&#039;t have &quot;something else to worry about.&quot;</description>
